Size: 30–150 cm tall

Flowering Time: J F M A M J J A S O N D. TLeaf-blades flat or revolute. The upper part of the leaf sheath is situated away from the culm. Dried leaves are curly and pinkish brown.

Requirement: Virtually confined to exposed, usually dry, rocky sites in the east (e.g. Valencia Creek, Buchan area, Suggan Buggan, Orbost, Mallacoota).
